Through an integrative and holistic approach, my purpose is to guide the client in working through life challenges, mood concerns, medical conditions, relationships, and severe mental illness.
Drawing heavily on attachment theory, I counsel individuals, couples, and families with patience, unconditional acceptance, and an empathetic style; utilizing the latest evidence-based theories and interventions to support an honest and approachable therapeutic connection.
